Embroidery Machinist

Our Inverness Head Office has over 250 staff and we are currently recruiting for an Embroidery Machinist to work in our busy Clothing Branding Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines to carry out embroidery of school wear and corporate clothing.
• You will check that paperwork is correct for all individual orders.
• You will also be responsible for making sure that all orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Working as part of a team, you will need to be flexible in your approach and help with all aspects of the Branding Department as and when required.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a similar role or with embroidery machines will be an advantage, but full training will be given to the successful candidate.
• The successful candidate will need to numerate and literate in order to check paperwork for accuracy.
• Basic IT skills will be necessary.
• Strong attention to detail will be essential.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment will be necessary.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently when required.
• Will need to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and must already live within a daily commutable distance of Inverness.

This role is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
