Internal Sales – Clothing & Branding

Location: Inverness

Hours: Full time | 1 in 2 Saturdays

Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, MacGregor Industrial Supplies is expanding our Clothing & Branding team and is looking for an experienced Internal Sales professional to join us.

What the Role Involves

• Managing customer enquiries for branded clothing, workwear and promotional products

• Advising customers on garment options, branding methods and what will work best for their business

• Producing accurate quotes and managing orders from enquiry through to delivery

• Working closely with production, embroidery/branding teams and suppliers to ensure quality and consistency

• Building strong, long-term customer relationships and identifying opportunities to add value

• Taking ownership of your workload and seeing jobs through with care and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in clothing, branding, workwear or promotional products (essential)

• Background in internal sales or customer-focused roles

• A strong work ethic with a genuine passion for quality and service

• Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and getting the details right

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
