What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our busy sales operation, ensuring smooth, accurate processing of customer orders from enquiry to delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling sales enquiries and orders via phone and email

• Advising customers on our range of products and services

• Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

• Processing and tracking orders with accuracy and care

• Coordinating deliveries and proactively managing any delays or changes

• Handling customer returns and solving issues quickly and professionally

• Supporting external sales representatives and working closely with colleagues

Why Your Experience Matters

If you’ve worked in engineering, technical sales, or have knowledge of welding products and processes, you’ll hit the ground running. Familiarity with parts ordering or supporting tradespeople is a bonus—but your enthusiasm to learn and contribute matters most.
