What you’ll be doing

•  This isn’t just a desk job — it’s fast-paced, hands-on, and varied.
•  Be the go-to person for parts — supporting workshops, trade customers and the public
• Handle enquiries across phone, email and trade counter
• Process orders quickly and accurately — keeping things moving
• Proactively help customers find the right parts (and spot opportunities to add value)

Manage stock — from ordering and receiving to storage and despatch

• Keep systems up to date and accurate
• Carry out stock checks and resolve discrepancies
• Work closely with the wider team to keep service levels high
• Keep your workspace organised, safe and efficient
