Key Responsibilities
• Supervise staff and the tasks carried out within the Workshops, Service, Sales & Hire departments.
• Ensure there is always adequate cover in the department.
• Always be aware of and promote sales growth within the organisation.
• Provide full admin support including Service Warranty, Hire Admin & Job Costing.
• Provide a comprehensive Parts & Admin service within the Workshops/Service & Hire department to achieve timely, accurate information and high-quality output.
• Parts inventory control - including sourcing, receipt, storage, issue and despatch.
• Ensure the security, storage and logging of parts within the Workshops including hazardous materials.
• Liaise with Workshop staff to procure given tasks and compliance with departmental procedures to meet objectives including scheduling, reporting and costing of hours and parts.
• Register, process and maintain departmental warranty claims system.
• Assist customers on parts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
• Ensure Company assets and equipment are in a good state of repair by scheduling repairs or maintenance and maintaining proper records.
• Ensure compliance in accordance with the company quality assurance procedures.
• Provide direct support to all levels of MIS Ltd staff towards maintaining the highest level of customer service and upholding the good name of MIS Ltd.
• Keep the work area, tidy and organised.
• Provide support on the stock and system audit programme including performance reports and exception reporting.
• Train others on the workshop/hire operating systems as required.
• Delivery and collections of equipment as required.

• Numeracy and literacy skills, generally at standard grade level.
