IT Administrative Assistant

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of IT related administrative roles. These include eCommerce content management, eCommerce customer management, processing eBay sales as well as creating listings. Also provide assistance to the Business System team and IT Support Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain inventory content within eCommerce solutions.

• Publish content updates for eCommerce solutions.

• Create and maintain eCommerce user details.

• Provide support for eCommerce users.

• List and conclude eBay sales.

• Data entry and maintenance for business systems.

• Locating products, checking these are complete and in sellable condition prior to listing on eBay.

*May be required to carry out other duties which are appropriate to the post

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Skills in office software, image manipulation, and business systems.

• Effective organisational skills.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• A high degree of flexibility.

• Capable of working well under pressure.

• A meticulous and methodical nature.

• Ability to present information in a manner that is suited to the production of training materials, with good literacy skills.

• Knowledge and experience of eBay procedures would be advantageous.

• The ability to work on their own and make decisions relevant to the successful outcome.

• Ability to respond positively to new challenges and change.
