Job Overview
To maintain stock accuracy and product presentation across the showroom, ensuring merchandise is replenished, clean, safe, and available to deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Presentation & Accuracy
• Replenish and rotate stock daily to maintain full and neat displays.
• Ensure all items are priced and labelled correctly.
• Keep stock areas clean and products safe to access.
• Support the setup of seasonal and promotional displays.
Customer & Team Support
• Help customers locate stock both in the showroom and warehouse.
• Support team members during busy periods, including on the counter.
• Complete price updates and contribute to stock accuracy checks.
• Assist with pre-delivery inspections of equipment when required.

Fully stocked and clean displays -consistent availability, tidy showroom, positive appearance
Accurate pricing and product labels - Pricing changes applied on time, minimal errors
Helpful customer interaction - Positive feedback, assisted sales, supported experience.
Inventory control support - Accurate locations, smooth replenishment
Flexible team contribution - Recognised teamwork, adaptable to changing needs
Required Skills and Experience
• A good eye for visual presentation.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT understanding.
