Internal Sales Executive – Hydraulics
Hours- 37.5
Location - Inverness

What you’ll be doing
• Handling incoming customer enquiries and turning them into positive outcomes
• Building strong relationships through great conversations, not transactions
• Providing quotes, checking availability, and managing orders end-to-end
• Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in a meaningful way
• Working closely with Purchasing and suppliers to resolve queries quickly
• Keeping customers updated — especially when things don’t go to plan
• Supporting External Sales with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups
• Managing returns and keeping systems accurate and up to date

• Have experience in sales or customer service (internal sales ideal)

• Have an interest in hydraulics or engineering (or are keen to learn)
