Showroom Counter Assistant

Join Our Team as a Showroom Assistant – 25 Hours per Week (Including Saturdays)

We’re looking for a Showroom Assistant to deliver excellent service and keep our showroom looking its best. If you take pride in great conversations, tidy shelves, and smooth transactions – we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer

• Handling counter sales and processing customer orders

• Communicating confidently with customers and teammates

• Resolving queries and complaints efficiently and professionally

• Supporting other trade counters when needed

• Assisting with showroom security and cleanliness

• Using our electronic point-of-sale system

• Replenishing shelves and maintaining high shopkeeping standards

• Arranging PDIs (pre-delivery inspections) where applicable

• Checking deliveries and reporting any discrepancies

• Have great attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Thrive in a busy retail or trade environment.

Hours

• 25 hours per week

• Includes Saturday working
