Showroom Counter Assistant - Saturday Only

Are you friendly, approachable, and ready to make a great first impression? We’re on the lookout for a Saturday Counter Assistant to join our team and help keep our busy showroom running smoothly.

Location: Grainshore Rd, Grainshore Dr, Kirkwall KW15 1FL

Hours: Saturdays, 8am to 12pm

Salary: Discussed at interview

Start Date: As soon as possible

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Welcoming customers and offering great service with a smile

• Helping customers with product enquiries and processing sales

• Replenishing stock and keeping the showroom floor tidy and inviting

• Operating our electronic point-of-sale system

• Supporting other trade counters as needed

• Helping with showroom security and product displays

What We’re Looking For?

• Previous customer service experience is a bonus

• Confident communicator with strong numeracy and literacy skills

• A team player who’s also comfortable working independently

• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and can stay calm under pressure
