We’re on the hunt for a super-organised, can-do Office Administrator to join our friendly team. You'll be right at the heart of everything we do, making sure the day-to-day flows effortlessly — and the best part? You can do it on a flexible schedule that works for you.
What you’ll be doing?
• Keeping the office ticking – from managing diaries and documents to helping out with day-to-day admin
• Supporting the team with everything from travel bookings to supplier forms
• Helping organise meetings, prep rooms, and make sure everything’s in place
• Keeping our office stocked, organised, and ready to go
• Pitching in where needed – no two days are the same
You’ll thrive in this role if you
• Love being organised and keeping others on track
• Communicate clearly and confidently – in person, on the phone, and over email
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (and keen to learn anything new)
• Have admin experience (or are enthusiastic and ready to learn)
