We’re on the lookout for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Hygiene and Catering Division. You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, the problem-solver behind the screen, and the go-to person for customers needing advice, support, and product solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone and email – and turning them into happy customers
• Offering advice and recommendations on our fantastic product range
• Providing quotes, checking stock, placing orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly
• Supporting our external sales team and helping them shine
• Keeping track of customer orders and making sure they arrive on time
• Liaising with suppliers and sorting out any hiccups quickly and professionally
• Staying sharp with product training so you can offer the best advice every time
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience in hygiene and catering is a bonus – but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you!
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful
• Great communication skills – friendly, clear, and professional
• Solid numeracy, literacy, and keyboard skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to make decisions
• Ability to work independently but also be a real team player
• Comfortable using systems and ready to take on new challenges
