Key Account Manager – Oil, Gas & Energy

 Location: Aberdeen with travel across Scotland

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours)

 We’re looking for a Key Account Manager – Oil, Gas & Energy to take ownership of a critical growth sector. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you’ll shape strategy, build relationships, and deliver real results across our branch network.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

Own the sector

  • Develop and deliver a clear sales strategy for Oil, Gas & Energy
  • Drive revenue and margin growth across all branches
  • Identify new markets, customers, and opportunities

Build trusted relationships

  •  Become the go-to partner for key customers
  • Work closely with suppliers to strengthen our offering
  • Support sales teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service

Lead performance

  •  Analyse sales, margin, and customer data to drive decisions
  • Turn insights into action and results
  • Champion customer experience at every stage

Develop people

  •  Lead, coach and develop the Oil, Gas & Energy team
  • Build product knowledge and capability across the business
  • Set the standard for what great looks like

  • Experience in industrial or energy sectors is beneficial
