Are you a self-motivated and results-driven sales professional? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take initiative and build strong customer relationships? If so, we want you to join our Tele-Sales team in Inverness.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Handle and complete the sales process from enquiry to order fulfillment.
  •  Negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers to achieve the best outcomes.
  •  Provide expert advice on company products and services.
  •  Ensure all customer orders are accurately priced and processed on the day of entry.
  •  Schedule stock orders for the earliest available delivery.
  •  Review and update overdue customer orders regularly.
  •  Expedite supplier orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  •  Resolve customer and supplier issues professionally and efficiently.
  •  Process customer returns and maintain accurate records.
  •  Support team members and collaborate with external sales staff.
  •  Meet and exceed performance targets.
  •  Work proactively, using your own initiative to drive results and efficiency.
  •  Adapt to new challenges and changes in business operations.

Key Skills and Experience

  •  Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  •  Proficiency in keyboard and IT systems.
  •  Basic knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, and processes.
  •  Effective negotiation skills with both suppliers and customers.
  •  Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  •  Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  •  Telesales experience is ideal but not essential.
