What You’ll Do

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Grow revenue and margins by identifying new opportunities and cross-selling MIS’s full product and service range.
  • Lead account planning, business reviews, and contract renewals for strategic customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Branch, Operations, and Transport teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records to drive performance and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, ideally in industrial, hygiene, or catering products.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with travel across Scotland and holding a full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with public sector frameworks (Scotland Excel, APUC, TUCO) would be a plus.
